ECVA History
Founded in 1997 by Doctors Leon Lewis and Paul Holmwood, Eye Care & Vision Associates Ophthalmology (ECVA) opened their very first office in Williamsville, N.Y. In the subsequent 26+ years of successful service to the Western New York (WNY) Eye Care Community, ECVA added several more Partners to the Ophthalmology practice including Dr. George Pfohl, Dr. David Montesanti, Dr. Daniel Cotter, and Dr. Michael Campbell. Over time, the Eye Care practice has expanded to four medical offices and optical shops located across the WNY region including sites in Buffalo, Orchard Park, Williamsville and Niagara Falls. Much of their success can be credited to their growing team of highly skilled doctors all of whom have helped position ECVA as one of the premier vision care providers in the Buffalo, NY metropolitan area. Day in and day out, The ECVA Team takes great pride in offering their patients exceptional service, state-of-the-art technology, board-certified ophthalmologists, highly skilled eye surgeons, optometrists & opticians. Bradley Hall, MBA, FACMPE
CEO
An accomplished board-certified medical practice executive, Bradley Hall has over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration. As a lifelong resident of Western New York, Brad understands the unique needs and challenges of the community.
With an MBA from Canisius University and a Finance degree from SUNY Fredonia, Brad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at ECVA. He has a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performance teams, developing strategic plans, reducing operating expenses, enhancing productivity, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Before joining ECVA, Brad held key leadership positions at several organizations including Catholic Heath, Buffalo Heart Group, Children’s World Development Center, and HSBC.
Brad is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to the community he calls home. His commitment to excellence and his ability to effectively navigate the ever-evolving healthcare landscape have earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the field.
